A woman from Alliance, Ohio has been arrested after she called 911 to complain about her Chinese food order, claiming that it was "not up to par for her liking," the Associated Press reported.

The Alliance Police Department said that the woman, 44-year-old Tracey McCloud, called the emergency number from the Main Moon Chinese Restaurant at around 4:30 p.m. on Monday.

When the dispatcher asked her what her problem was, McCloud responded: "I had bought some Chinese food and it's not to par to me," and added that the workers refused to give her a refund when she asked for it, according to The Smoking Gun.

The operator then said: "And this is why you called 911?"

"Umm, what am I supposed to do? Jump over the thing and beat (sic) em up and get my money back?" McCloud answered back, in an audio of the conversation released by WKYC.

The police concluded that the woman's complaint was not a serious emergency. They arrested her and charged her with misdemeanor for misusing 911. McCloud is scheduled to appear in court within this week.
