Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant will practice Wednesday for this first time since injuring his foot in week one, according to Rob Phillips of DallasCowboys.com.

Bryant is expected to start in practice on a limited basis, and the team will determine if he can progess out of individual workouts, according to head coach Jason Garrett.

Bryant reportedly has a 50 percent chance to play this weekend against the Seattle Seahawks. Bryant reportedly felt discomfort in his injured foot and will likely be checked by team doctors before practicing Wednesday. The Cowboys star receiver hasn't played since week one when he suffered the injury against the New York Giants.

The Cowboys have lost four straight, and losing to the Giants on Sunday was a big blow, as they are trying to stay in the NFC East race. The Cowboys will stay with backup quarterback Matt Cassel after he threw three interceptions on Sunday.

Cowboys' owner Jerry Jones said he doesn't see the team changing quarterbacks until Tony Romo's return against the Miami Dolphins on Nov. 22. "We will go with Cassel, certainly against Seattle or as far as I can see in the foreseeable future," said Jones, via the Dallas News.

It's unknown if Bryant will be able to play this weekend against the Seahawks, but Dallas could surely use him. Bryant is the Cowboys' most talented offensive weapon, and without him on the field opposing defenses can focus on players like tight end Jason Witten. The Cowboys will try to stop their four game losing streak this weekend, but at least they know Bryant is getting closer to returning with his first practice since September.
