Most of the “Arrow” episodes have obviously focused on Oliver’s mission to save Starling City. However, this week, Team Arrow will take a break from their Starling City heroics.
According to a preview of this week’s episode, Oliver and Felicity will take a trip to Russia to help out Diggle. Apparently, one of his ex-wife is in danger. (Yup, Diggle was married ladies and gentleman.)
In a sneak peek of the episode, Oliver and Diggle meet with someone who tells them Diggle’s ex-wife tried to break into a prison. Her problem came when she tried to break back out.
The man Diggle and Oliver are talking to tell them he has the ability to get someone into the prison. Diggle decides to go.
If things weren’t interesting enough for Oliver’s sidekick—because breaking into a prison is pretty interesting—he runs into his arch nemisis during the episode. Deadshot. In the video, which you can watch below, they both seem to be in the same predicament.
Diggle isn’t the only one of Oliver’s friends who needs help. Laurel could also use some assistance. However, according to Caity Lotz, who plays Sara Lance/The Black Canary, that help will not be coming from her sister.
"I don't think Sara wants to step in at all, because to her, in her mind, she would only make everything worse," Lotz said according to EOnline. "She kind of feels like she's almost unworthy of love, so she doesn't think her coming into anyone's life would be any kind of benefit."
