TikToker Eats Only Costco Hot Dogs For Entire Week!
Ohio resident John Kinsley (@SirYacht), a popular TikToker with over 500,000 followers and 31 million likes, decided to do a challenge in which had to eat only Costco hot dogs for a week.
Before doing this TikTok challenge, he complained about the rising costs of food in the past few years because of global economic inflation.
Because of this, he decided to eat discounted meals from Costco and chose the American retailer's hot dogs, which cost only $1.50 each; it already included a soft drink.
"It was the first time I've ever had a Costco hot dog. I didn't realize how big it was. It's massive," said the TikToker as he shared his experience with his fans.
"At $1.50 hot dog, it's an awesome deal. It's a deal that is unheard of in 2024, especially without the prices of everything now," added Kinsley via Fox Business.
But, the question is what happened to him? Surprisingly, Kinsley said that he lost over 4 lbs in one week despite eating 29 Costco hot dogs.
He explained that his intense workout routine also greatly contributed to his weight loss. Aside from losing weight, the TikToker also saved a ton of money for the week since his meal only cost a total of $43.50.

What Happens If You Always Eat Hot Dogs
Health experts said that hot dogs contain a high amount of sodium. This is because sodium adds flavor and is used for preservation purposes.
They explained that one hot dog link could contain over 500 milligrams of sodium.
The Food and Drug Administration stated that since sodium is harmful to people's health, eating hot dogs regularly can lead to heart stroke, high blood pressure, and other health complications.
Buns that come with hot dogs can also negatively affect people's health since they are made from refined white flour and could contain high amounts of sodium and sugar.
