Former Marvel star Jonathan Majors will avoid jail time for his December conviction for assaulting his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari.
A judge on Monday ordered him to participate in a domestic violence treatment program instead of putting him behind bars.
Judge Michael Gaffey noted that both sides in the case agreed the charges did not warrant jail time.
He said Majors must complete a 52-week, in-person batterer's intervention program in Los Angeles, where the actor lives, according to the Associated Press.
He also has to continue with the mental health therapy.
Majors had faced up to a year in prison on the assault conviction. The harassment conviction carried a maximum penalty of 15 days in jail and a $250 fine.
Jabbari told the judge that Majors refuses to acknowledge his guilt and remains a danger to those around him.
"He's not sorry. He has not accepted responsibility, " she said in court. "He will do this again and he will hurt other women."
Majors' lawyer said the actor did not want to make any public statement that Jabbari could use against him in the civil suit she's filed against the actor.
Majors played the supervillain in 2023's 'Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania' and appeared in seasons one and two of 'Loki.' He was expected to return in 2026's 'Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and 2027's Avengers: Secret Wars' but Disney has reportedly cut ties with him.
