The death of 19-year-old Noah Presgrove has been classified as “suspicious," according to investigators.

The Oklahoma teen found dead next to his teeth on a rural highway was naked when his mutilated body was recovered, according to his brother.

"He was in the fetal position," Dailen Presgrove, the brother of 19-year-old victim Noah Presgrove, told NewsNation Monday. "And his body was covered up... You can see blood seeping through the covering. ... As I'm looking at it, it just seems weird. The placement of the body. The tooth, the shorts. It doesn't look like a hit-and-run," he speculated.

The battered remains of the aspiring military soldier were discovered on Labor Day 2023 along Highway 81. He was last seen alive at a friend's four-day birthday extravaganza in Terral, Oklahoma, near the Texas border, HNGN previously reported.

Noah's cause of death was due to multiple blunt force injuries, the Oklahoma Chief Medical Examiner announced Tuesday, according to KSWO-TV. His manner of death remains unknown.  

A friend told investigators Noah went on a walk when he vanished.

In a separate interview with NewsNation last week, Noah's aunt, Robyn Smith described the extent of her nephew's injuries

"There was a wound to the back of his head, different skull fractures. He had ribs broken, and it was all on the left side. They (police) said that they didn't think that this was from a vehicle," Smith explained. "There was no indication of any kind of injuries to the lower half of his body."

Investigators have classified Noah's death as "suspicious."

The full medical examiner's report will be released next month.
