Party-goers who attend Justin Bieber's house parties are to sign a Liability Waiver and Release. If party-goers do not sign the legal document they're not allowed to attend and if those who sign do not adhere to its demands they will face a $5 million lawsuit according to TMZ.
Bieber's bad boy image has been the topic of discussion since a picture was released of the Canadian star smoking weed with friends in his hotel room. Since then, Bieber has been the center of public scrutiny.
To avoid the release of pictures of Bieber's not so favored moments, smoking weed, drinking beer, and just naturally having a good time, party-goers have to keep mum or else.
The document states that if the terms are violated, violators will automatically be issued to pay $5 million in damages. Party-goers are not to tweet about the party, Instagram anything or anyone within the party or even blog about its awesomeness.
According to TMZ, the legal document also claims the activities at the Bieber party may be "potentially hazardous and you should not participate unless you are medically able and properly trained" and "minor injuries to catastrophic injuries, including death" is a risk. Party-goers can not sue the singer under any circumstances.
The legal document will allow him to live the lifestyle of his choosing, party hard, and intimidate party-goers from leaking information and damaging his public image.
It seems Bieber is no longer undoubtedly the people's favorite after he was booed while accepting the Milestone Award at the 2013 Billboard Awards.
"I'm 19-years-old. I think I'm doing a pretty good job," he said. "This is not a gimmick. I'm an artist and I should be taken seriously."
