Reality star turned porn star Farrah Abraham has pleaded guilty to aggravated driving under the influence according to Radar Online.
According to a court official, Abraham is scheduled to appear in court on June 20 and she will officially agree to the plea deal.
Abraham was arrested in March after being pulled over and failing a breathalyzer test. She reportedly had twice the legal limit of alcohol in her system. Despite failing the test Abraham claimed she was innocent.
"I did not plan to drink because I was sick, so I took the role of being in charge and making sure my sister and I would return home together safely," Abraham told InTouch Weekly. "At 10 p.m I tried to leave and at that time my sister was not ready to leave so I had been sipping on drinks to pass the time."
The mother-of-one insisted she was parked when approached by an officer and lost her temper and informed the officer she was suffering from a cold and it would not give an accurate breathalyzer result.
Abraham was not specific as to how many drinks she had the evening in question. The plea deal requires the star to pay a $500 fine, probation, and her license will be suspended.
It's unclear how long Abraham will be on probation or how long before she will be back on the road.
The reality television and porn star has been celebrating her birthday and inking a new reality-tv show deal with Spinboi Films. The docu-series has not announced a premiere date nor is it clear if Abraham began filming.
