Rapper YG is doing "fine" after being shot three times on Friday.
The 25-year-old "Who Do You Love" rapper was shot three times in the hip while leaving a recording session in the Studio City on Friday morning around 1:45 A.M., according to TMZ.
After being injured, YG reportedly managed to pull himself into his car and was driven to the hospital by a friend. Police claim that YG, whose real name is Keenon Daequan Ray Jackson, was "very uncooperative" when questioned about the incident.
Police found "multiple shell casings and blood on the sidewalk," TMZ reported. No one has been arrested regarding the shooting.
A representative for the rapper posted an update on his condition via Twitter, writing, "YG is doing fine. Nothing life-threatening."
