Team USA's hot streak clashes against Bosnia-Herzegovina's own hot streak. The US is on an 11-game winning streak, recently capped off with a CONCACAF Gold Cup win, MLSSoccer.com reports. Bosnia-Herzegovina should provide the USA with a tough challenge, and an accurate gauge of just how good the U.S. national team is.

"They are top-class players and that's what we like to go against," USA manager Jurgen Klinsmann said in a statement, via Fox Sports. "We want to have the highest benchmark to always measure ourselves up against. We also want to see the new faces in our group and take that opportunity of getting a couple interesting answers on specific players. We're also excited to bring some new faces into the senior team."

The friendly also gives Klinsmann an opportunity to tinker with his lineups in advance of September and October's World Cup qualifiers. For Wednesday, Klinsmann is experimenting with several new faces on the roster, including Aron Johannsson, Bobby Wood and John Anthony Brooks.

"We just really want to give them the opportunity to adjust to the way we do things and understand this is how we work in the United States team, this is our routine, this is our daily schedule, our intensity in training, how we look at things, and our tactical principles," Klinsmann told USSoccer.com this week, via MLSSoccer.com. "We also want them to make friends with their teammates, to feel comfortable and to be part of a special group that is shooting toward the 2014 FIFA World Cup."

This is the first meeting between the USA and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
