Comedian Micah "Katt" Williams has officially been told to keep out of the Target in Woodland, Calif. after he attacked an employee last November.

During a court appearance on Tuesday, Williams' lawyer pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery charges in Yolo County Superior Court.

The judge ruled that Williams is banned from the department store from here on out, must have no contact with the employee he attacked. He's also been barred from using firearms for the next decade. He will serve one year of informal probation and pay a $200 fine, the Yolo County District Attorney's Office reported.

Target surveillance videos depict the comedian approaching 20-year-old Target worker Forrest Liebenberg, asking to buy his personal motorcycle helmet. Then, when Liebenberg said no, an argument ensued, culminating in Williams socking the employee in the face.

The incident was part of a string of curious events for Williams-among them, getting into a fight with a heckler and driving a three-wheeled motorcycle recklessly around downtown Sacramento. Five pedestrians were injured as a result of this joyride.

But unpredictable Williams has also shown that he's got a soft side-he recently gave a female fan $1,000 in cash when he learned that the woman was in need of a kidney transplant.

At his show in Boston on Sunday, a member of Williams' security team saw the woman crying in the audience. Upon asking if she was alright, the fan responded that she was crying because she was laughing so hard, and that it was the first time she'd experienced such joy ever since the doctors told her she needed a new kidney, TMZ reported.

The security officer took her backstage to meet Williams, who was so inspired by her story that he handed her a folded up piece of paper holding ten hundred dollar bills and a note that read, "God never leaves."

The woman said this gift was an "awesome surprise."
