Supermodel Gisele Bündchen and her little sister hid under traditional Muslim wear so they could get secret plastic surgery in Paris, reported Page Six. The 35-year-old wore a burqa so she would not be recognized outside of Paris' famous International Clinique du Parc Monceau.

The report said Bündchen spent almost $11,000 on surgery on her breasts and eyes as a post-retirement present to herself. Bündchen had the work done because she was "concerned that her breasts had sagged after having two children," said Page Six.

Thanks to the head-to-toe black garment, the only features of the retired supermodel that were visible were her feet. The Bündchen sisters clearly did not do their research on Muslim culture, however, as they were both wearing open-toed sandals in the photos, which strict Muslim women are prohibited from wearing.

Her identity was given away by the presence of her longtime chauffeur, according to the Daily Mail.

Gisele spoke out against plastic surgery in the past. When asked if she ever considered cosmetic surgery, her answer was a resounding "No way."

"Actually, I asked my mother the very same question and she said, 'It's taken me 58 years for me to look like this. You think I'm going to ruin it now?'" she told Fox News. "She looks great, so I hope I will look the same."
