Real Madrid midfielder Gareth Bale is planning to stay with the La Liga side until he retires, according to Bleacher Report.

While Bale continued to receive a lot of interest from Premier League giants like Manchester United and Chelsea this past transfer season, the Red Devils still believe they can steal him away, according to the Daily Telegraph.

Even with those beliefs in place, the idea of Bale leaving one of the most successful clubs in the soccer world is highly unlikely. Even Bale's agent, Jonathan Barnett, said Bale is very happy with Madrid and has no plans to leave.

Bale moved to Real Madrid back in 2013 for a massive and world record-setting fee of $132 million, yet has provided mixed results the past two seasons. If Bale does continue to struggle in scoring goals and playing second fiddle to Cristiano Ronaldo, a move away from the club could happen.

Between Ronaldo and Bale, the Portuguese attacker is favored more for a transfer in the next year or two then Bale because Ronaldo is older and starting to see his game decline with age.

As of now though, Bale is in a good place and has every reason to stay and continue playing at the highest level with Real Madrid.
