The first Democratic debate has hardly ended, and Hillary Clinton is already looking ahead to her presidency. She's considering Julian Castro for her VP pick, according to ABC News.

Clinton will "really look hard at him for anything, because that's how good he is," she said. Castro is the Secretary of U.S. Housing and Urban Development. "I think really highly of him, and I am thrilled to have his endorsement today. Both he and his twin brother are just among the best young leaders in America, regardless of category or the fact that they come from San Antonio," she said, ABC News reported. Castro's brother is Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-Texas).

Castro formally endorsed Clinton's candidacy. Along with his brother, he held a "Latinos for Hillary" rally for her in San Antonio on Thursday. Castro is the former mayor of San Antonio, according to NPR.

"I have tremendous respect for Vice President [Joe] Biden, and I know that he's going to make a decision about whether to enter the race...I believe that he would also make a fantastic president. My support of Secretary Clinton is based on a long relationship that Joaquin and I have had with her as well as with former President Clinton," Castro said.

Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack has also endorsed Clinton, according to Reuters. It's uncertain at this time whether Biden will enter the race.
