Sandra Bullock is a mommy again! The "Our Brand Is Crisis" actress announced the adoption of 3-year-old Laila, reported People. The 51-year-old Oscar winner fostered and adopted little Laila (pronounced Lila) from a foster care facility in Louisiana. In order to protect her new daughter's identity, Bullock kept the process a secret until her big reveal on the cover of the new issue of People magazine.

"When I look at Laila, there's no doubt in my mind that she was supposed to be here," Bullock told People.

Bullock posed for the People cover with both of her two children, Laila and Louis (whom she adopted in 2010). Her 5-year-old son was photographed hugging his mom while dressed in a white T-shirt, blue cape and red superhero mask.

The cover was shot by her boyfriend, Los Angeles-based photographer Bryan Randall, according to E! News. In it, Bullock is dressed casually in a white top and jeans, looking into the camera, with little Laila in her arms. The tot is looking away from the camera, showing off her adorable high pigtails. She is dressed almost identically to her mama.

"Louis spearheaded this whole journey," said Bullock of the adoption process, which began three years ago. She also said that Louis' new little sister has brought "pink and glitter in the house mixed with Legos and Batmans."

Bullock decided to officially announce the new addition to her family after she learned that a photo of her little girl was being shopped around to various outlets, reported the Huffington Post.
