Rand Paul took to Twitter Wednesday to kick off the celebration of Festivus, the "holiday" made famous by a 1997 episode of "Seinfeld," by launching his annual airing of grievances on the social media network. This year, his 2016 presidential rivals were the first targets before hitting his usual subject: Washington.

However, Paul also "reached across the aisle," as Politico noted, and zinged "comrade" Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton for her extended bathroom break during Saturday's Democratic debate.

In previous years, he has created quite a tweet storm with his own tweets, as well as encouraging participation of his followers, NBC News reported.

Citing Seinfeld character, Frank Costanza, Paul opened the airing of the grievances.

He started with Donald Trump and his recent use of the Yiddish-derived word "schlonged," which the Republican front-runner insisted is not "vulgar."

And hits him again for his cheap ties.

Paul poked fun at Ted Cruz's Canadian roots.

He teased Ben Carson for being a "low talker."

Chris Christie was dinged for being a reported Dallas Cowboy fanboy.

Marco Rubio was called out for not being on the Senate floor during votes.

Paul suggested it's time for Jeb Bush to get it together during debates.
