NBC's hit series "Friends" has always been an iconic TV show in the 90s. Even today many are guilty of a "Friends" marathon every now and then.

If one thing that has been stuck in the viewers' heads since their first encounter with the show, it's definitely the theme song- "I'll be there for you" by The Rembrandts.

However, a shocking confession from Jennifer Aniston, who played Rachel in the series, came when the actress visited BBC's "The One" Show Monday to promote her new movie "Office Christmas Party," according to E!News.

As it always happens, no matter which "Friends" cast gives an interview on whatever topic, after a while the conversation turns towards the 90s hit show. When host Matt Baker mentioned the theme song, Jennifer Aniston admitted that no cast member actually liked that song.

Well what a shocking news, since the viewers are pretty nostalgic about the song. "No one was really a big fan of that theme song. We felt it was a little...I don't know. Dancing in a pond? A fountain felt sort of odd."

She further added that the only reason they did the theme sequence because they were told to.

However, during the same interview Jennifer also stated that sometimes she still binge "Friends."

"I can't help it. First, I'm trying to remember which episode it is, and then half the time I'm saying to myself, 'I don't remember that,'" she said. "You get sucked into the nostalgia of it."

Meanwhile, bad news for "Friends" fans who were hoping for a reunion show after it was promised in the latest edition of Life and Style magazine.

Gossip Cop reported that it's a hoax the "Friends" cast won't be doing any new reunion show. This has been confirmed by the representatives of Jennifer Aniston, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer.
