The Kremlin recognized on Wednesday what has been said frequently on media outlets and social media for weeks, a significant portion of Russia's recent draftees lack the necessary combat gear.

The picture opportunity last week of President Vladimir Putin visiting a training facility full of well-dressed soldiers did not accurately depict the situation for many of the more than 220,000 citizens drafted into duty as a result of Putin's mobilization, which was announced on September 21.

Putin Watches Russian Nuclear Drill

Russian families have complained that they must purchase combat equipment for their recruited sons, brothers, etc., and that they are sent into a fight without preparation. There have also been reports of food and weapon shortages, as per USA Today.

The exercises, code-named Grom or Thunder, according to Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, simulated a catastrophic nuclear strike by Russia in reprisal for an attack on its grounds.

Armed forces soldiers were seen in a video firing a Yars ballistic missile in front of computers on the Russian military-run Zvezda website. Another film showed a TU-95 bomber launching cruise missiles and a Sineva intercontinental ballistic missile being fired from a submarine in the Barents Sea.

The Kremlin said that all of the exercises' objectives were achieved and that every test-fired missile successfully reached its target. Moscow allegedly alerted the US about the drills in advance, according to the US.

The Russian exercises take place while NATO practices using US nuclear weapons stationed in Europe in its yearly Steadfast Noon war scenarios. President Vladimir Putin watched from a distance as Russia practiced its reaction to a nuclear strike, including drills using nuclear submarines, strategic bombers, and ballistic missiles.

As Moscow keeps madly waving its nuclear saber, there are rising concerns that the dictator may set off a nuclear explosion. The tyrant's army has suffered a string of terrible losses along the Ukrainian frontline, which has caused him growing frustration, according to The Sun.

Russia Nuclear Strike

All duties assigned for the exercise were completed, according to a statement from the Kremlin, and all of the test-fired missiles. Such exercises involving the land, sea, and air components of the Russian nuclear triad have been carried out periodically to train and demonstrate the readiness of the country's nuclear forces.

On Tuesday, the Biden administration said Russia had informed it of its intention to carry out regular nuclear capability drills. According to the State Department, Russia informed Washington of the impending tests by the rules of the previous US-Russia arms control agreement.

Russia last conducted a nuclear exercise in February, just before it invaded Ukraine. Moscow provides alerts regarding a reported Ukrainian plot to detonate a radioactive device known as a "dirty bomb" to depict Russia as the source of the nuclear drill.

Putin reaffirmed his claim on the dirty bomb on Wednesday. He said that we are aware of the plans to use the "dirty bomb" for provocations. The charge, which Ukraine and its Western allies have angrily refuted, was the subject of a conversation between the Russian military minister, Shoigu, and his counterparts in China and India on Wednesday.

The Ukrainian administration has claimed that it believes Russia is preparing a false flag operation of its own. Authorities in Poland, Ukraine's western neighbor, declared that they were closely observing Russia's movements to get ready for any possible use of chemical or nuclear weapons.

In response to military failures in Ukraine, the Kremlin, according to deputy defense minister Marcin Ociepa, "may go for nuclear or chemical weapons. Tactical nuclear weapons, also known as little nukes, have never been utilized in battle.

They were created early on in the Cold War as a form of deterrent by both the US and the Soviet Union. As part of their flexible reaction plan, the NATO allies stationed them throughout Europe to demonstrate to the Soviet Union and its allies that any confrontation, including one involving conventional weapons, could have nuclear repercussions.

Russian stocks are thought to have up to 2,000 tactical nuclear weapons. In contrast, there are a little over 200 in the US, CBS News reported.
