They also have drainage, water, and insulation pipes, which are found in regular houses as well. When it comes to pricing, they range between $12,000 to $50,000, which is definitely cheaper than regular houses that cost over $400,000.
One of these prefabricated houses is the Zolyndo portable home. It costs $27,000. for its 19x20ft variant. This is already a great price considering that it has a living room, a bathroom, two bedrooms, and a kitchen.
Many Americans already tried purchasing Amazon's full-sized foldable houses. Some of them bought them just for their online content. Meanwhile, others ordered a foldable home because they needed a place to stay in.

One of the people who already purchased a foldable house from Amazon is Jeffrey Bryant, a popular TikToker. Business Insider reported that Bryant spent $26,000 on his prefabricated home.
The full-sized foldable house was delivered to Bryant as a cube. But, it was larger since it expanded after setting up the house, which just took 20 minutes to be fully unfurled.
Based on Bryant's comments, he was satisfied with his purchase. Other netizens in the comment section also said that this would be a great business idea for those who want to start an Airbnb.
Bryant clarified that he will not really live in it, but rather use it to help homeless people.
"I bought the tiny house to transform it into an AirBnB for displaced people or people facing homelessness," said the TikToker.
