New England Patriots' quarterback Tom Brady couldn't contain his excitement on Saturday after Orb won the Kentucky Derby.

Orb's first-place finish is reported to have earned Brady $25,000, according to the Los Angles Times. Brady bet $4,700 and went home with over $20,000 more in his pocket, which makes his excitement understandable.

Former Patriots teammates Tedy Bruschi, Dan Koppen and Wes Welker were all on hand with Brady for the wild celebration - it looked like they had just won a Super Bowl.

Brady can add the $25,000 to the $27 million in new money he will receive from the three-year contract extension he signed with New England in February.

On a side note, it appears Brady and Welker remain close friends despite the Patriots being unable to reach a deal to re-sign the Pro Bowl receiver.

They will face each other on Nov. 24 when the Broncos visit Gillette Stadium.
