ABC's Thursday nights now belong to Shonda Rhimes.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, ABC has released their 2014-2015 primetime schedule. Rhimes, a producer and writer has control on Thursday nights with three highly anticipated dramas airing back to back in the fall.

The network will move "Grey's Anatomy" and "Scandal" to 8pm and 9pm, respectively, to make room for Rhimes' new series "How to Get Away with Murder," which will have the 10 pm time slot. The new series stars Viola Davis as a "brilliant and mysterious criminal defense professor who becomes entangled in a murder plot."

With the recent cancellation of several of the network's shows, ABC is filling in the vacant slots with new series including "Black-ish," "American Crime," "Selfie," and "Galavant."

"Our schedule reflects a judicious mix of boldness and stability," Paul Lee, ABC Entertainment Group president, said in a statement. "ABC is finishing the season with momentum - we now have building blocks on every night of the week, and we're using them to launch our new series. This season we set out to develop passion projects from world-class storytellers and showcase the faces and voices of America. Both plans unleashed a wave of creativity and we're extremely excited about the new slate."

ABC's Monday nights will remain the same with two hours of "Dancing with the stars" and "Castle."

Tuesday nights are receiving a change in scheduling with Marvel's "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." getting bumped back an hour, to 9pm, to make room for new comedies "Selfie" and "Manhattan Love Story."

The Hollywood Reporter noted that newcomers "Marvel's Agent Carter" and "Galavant" will serve as "bridge programming" during the winter hiatuses of "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D" and "Once Upon a Time".
