Brazil plays the Netherlands on Saturday for third place in the 2014 World Cup. The consolation match starts at 4:00 p.m. ET. Watch the live stream or listen to the radio broadcast below.

Third place would indeed be a consolation prize for Brazil, whom Germany destroyed in the semifinal round. Although the loss of Neymar showed just how vulnerable Brazil is without their star, the Brazilian squad is still playing for pride - especially in front of their home crowd.

"Nowe we have to focus on the goal of coming third," Brazil manager Luiz Felipe Scolari said, via FIFA.com. "We know that even a win won't take away the disappointment, but we have to have objectives. We couldn't achieve our aim of reaching the final, so now we have to play for a smaller dream."

Scolari also touched on the 7-1 blowout suffered at the hands of Germany.

"We didn't expect such a catastrophic defeat, in terms of the number of goals we conceded," he said. "... Life goes on. It isn't just about the defeats. These players will continue to give everything for Brazil. At least 70 per cent of them will be back in 2018, with a different mind-set."

The Netherlands fell to Argentina in penalties, ending their surprisingly strong World Cup run. Saturday's consolation match is likely the final match for Louis van Gaal as the Netherlands' boss; Van Gaal is slated to take over duties at Manchester United next week, according to FIFA.com.
