MMA veterans Josh "The Dentist" Neer and Paul Bradley will reportedly face off in the main event of Bellator 129.

The fight between the two Iowa natives was revealed on Monday by sources with knowledge of the situation, according to MMAjunkie. The sources asked to remain anonymous since Bellator has not made an official announcement about the fight yet.

Neer holds a 36-13 record in MMA with one draw, and is currently on a three-fight winning streak. His last victory resulted in him becoming welterweight champion of Victory Fighting Championship.

The bout would be Reer's first fight in Bellator in almost four and a half years; his last ended with a submission loss to Eddie Alvarez, who was the lightweight champion at the time, MMAjunkie reported. Neer would win six straight fights afterwards, some in the UFC, but would later leave the promotion after losing three straight fights.

Bradley, who currently holds a 21-6 record in MMA, won his first fight in Bellator, which was against Karl Amoussou at Bellator 104. The victory was obtained via unanimous decision and was deemed an upset win. Bradley's last fight was against Nathan Coy at Bellator 112 in March, where he lost via unanimous decision.

Bellator 129 will be held at the Mid-American Center in Council Bluffs, Iowa on Oct. 17, and will also feature Houston Alexander against James Thompson in the co-main event, MMAjunkie reported.

MMA fans will be able to watch the event on Spike TV.
