An intoxicated man dressed like Santa Claus-turned-zombie was arrested for breaking into a Minnesota home.
A 14-year-old boy who was home alone with his 16-year-old sister was doing the dishes for his parents when an intruder broke through their front door.
"He comes to say 'Hi' to his parents and here's Santa the zombie," Marrinan tells Twin Cities. "He freaked out, yelled to his sister, and ran out the back of the house."
He went next door to get help from his neighbors, while the sister locked herself in the bathroom and called their parents, reports Twin Cities.
The intruder was coming from the annual Zombie Pub Crawl, reports The Associated Press, where over 35,000 partiers showed up dressed as zombies to drink and party.
The party was so big it broked the record for the most people dressed as zombies.
The teens were scared after the intrusion, but were otherwise fine after the police arrived and found the intruding Santa Zombie asleep. He was cited for tresspassing and taken to a detoxification center.
The teen's father had a sense of humor about the tresspassing, telling AP no one in his family "will ever think of Santa the same way."
