Hunter Hayes and the USO have got a good thing going on.

The singer/songwriter is continuing his work with the USO to honor military men and women with a free concert to kick off the week leading up to the 48th Annual CMA Awards. The Nashville concert is part of the singer's involvement with the USO's "Every Moment" Campaign.

Hayes' nighttime, open-to-the public street party concert is Monday (Nov. 3) and the CMA Awards are Wednesday (Nov. 5). The party, presented by WSIX radio, puts the focus on "moments" in the life of Sergeant First Class Tyler Arnold and his family, who will be in attendance at the show. SFC Arnold, with multiple assignments to Afghanistan and Iraq, is being recognized by the USO for his service, sacrifice and strength during the "moments" he missed with his wife and two young daughters during his six deployments. Other servicemen and women stationed at nearby Fort Campbell, Ky., will also be in attendance.

Joining the CMA award-winning Hayes for the special event is Dan + Shay and The Railers, his running buddies on his headlining Tattoo (Your Name) Tour. The concert is set to begin at 10:30 p.m. outside Bridgestone Arena. Additional special guests are to be announced soon.

Hayes' 2011 platinum-selling self-titled debut album generated three No. 1 singles - "Wanted," "Somebody's Heartbreak" and "I Want Crazy." His current single, "Tattoo," is climbing the charts.

Prior to Monday night, he has performed two USO concerts in support of the "Every Moment Counts" campaign. One concert was at Naval Station Norfolk in Virginia and the other was in the United Kingdom at Royal Air Force Mildenhall.

With "Every Moment Counts" getting close to its one year anniversary, Hayes has partnered with the USO to create special #USOmoments for troops and their families at each stop on his multi-city Tattoo (Your Name) Tour. The tour launched Oct. 28 at Best Buy Theater in New York City.

At every one of the tour's shows, Hayes has created a truly special moment recognizing all service members and their families while integrating concert-goers - including invited troops and their families - in an unprecedented way. That unique way utilizes customized Glow Motion Technologies wristbands as part of the USO "Every Moment Counts" campaign. All fans at the shows can download the official Hunter Hayes Tour App (available for Apple and Android phones) to physically integrate into the tour's lighting design and participate in the entire show using #YouAreTheShow. The app is available now at https://smarturl.it/HHMobileApp.

All net proceeds derived from the wristbands during the 2014 Tattoo (Your Name) Tour will be donated to the USO. Hayes guarantees a minimum donation of $10,000 at any event, with no maximum, to USO in connection with the wristbands.
