Each year the Baseball Writers' Association of America chooses the MVP and Cy Young award winners for both the American and National League. The finalists for each award were announced on Tuesday night and the winners will be announced next week.

The MLB Network will hold a live broadcast of the announcement, starting with the Rookies of the Year on Monday and ending with the league MVPs on Thursday. Here are your 2014 finalists for the AL and NL MVP award:

American League
