Florida police are looking for a man who's missing his legs, hands and parts of his arms and has been on the run since the bodies of his parents were discovered on Tuesday, Gawker reported.
Sean Petrozzino, 30, is being sought after the bodies of Nancy Petrozzino, 64, and Michael Petrozzino, 63, were found. Authorities think he may be headed to Coral Springs in his father's red Toyota Camry, the Sun-Sentinel reported.
He is not a suspect yet, sheriff's office spokeswoman Jane Watrel said on Wednesday.
"We want him to get in here and talk to us so we can find out what happened since he was apparently living with his parents," Watrel said.
A Wells Fargo ATM in Orlando snapped a photo of Petrozzino on Tuesday.
"Please note for identification purposes the physical characteristics of his hands," Watrel said in statement, and that deputies think he possesses a gun.
Petrozzino is a survivor of bacterial meningitis, which he contracted when he was 16 and became a quadruple amputee.
According to a family member, Petrozzino recently separated from his wife and moved to Florida from Georgia to live with his parents.
School officials became concerned when Nancy Petrozzino, a teacher, didn't show up for work and called deputies for a wellness check at 10:55. a.m. The couple was found dead inside the home.
State records show that Petrozzino has a clean criminal record.
