Missing Oklahoma Girl Lacy Steudeman, 7, Found Alive; Suspect In Custody

Police have canceled an Amber Alert issued for Lacy Steudeman, 7, of Ardmore, Oklahoma, after arresting Fount Duston of Marietta, Oklahoma, on suspicion of kidnapping, Fox 23 reported on Sunday.

Fount Duston, 34, has been charged with first degree rape and kidnapping, and authorities said they expect him to be charged with other crimes upon the completion of their investigation.

Police got a tip about the girl's whereabouts that led them to Duston's home. She was safe in their custody by 9:50 a.m. on Sunday, News 9 reported. Marietta is about 18 miles from where Steudeman was kidnapped.

The girl's condition has not been released, but she was sent for medical treatment and forensic collection.

The child was spotted being forced into a silver PT Cruiser by a man on Saturday, prompting the Amber Alert.

Duston is being held at Carter County Jail, and police have not indicated whether he and the girl were strangers or not, ABC News reported.
