The world would be such a different place if humans had superpowered noses like our canine friends.

Dogs have such a keen sense of smell that they see the world in a completely different way than we do.

They have about 300 million olfactory receptor cells in their noses to process smells, while us humans only have about five or six million. Their brains also dedicate more area to processing smells than humans, which makes scientists believe that dogs' sense of smell is 10,000 to 100,000 times more acute than our own.
