Nick Gordon taped his interview with Dr. Phil last week and will air on Wednesday. The family of Bobbi Kristina Brown would prefer her boyfriend not have his story told unless he's speaking to the police.

Bobbi Kristina's aunt Leolah Brown wrote a letter on her Facebook page addressed to Dr. Phil asking that he not run the interview while police have Gordon "under investigation for the attempted murder" of her niece. She also claimed that law enforcement have found "strong evidence of foul play."

Bobbi Kristina was found unconscious in her bathtub at her Georgia home on Jan 31. She was rushed to a local hospital where she has remained in a medically-induced coma.

During the interview, Gordon spoke about committing suicide if Bobbi Kristina didn't come out her coma. His mother, who accompanied him to the taping, also discussed his depression and his alleged drug abuse.

A couple days later, Gordon checked himself into rehab. He has not tweeted since March 4 when he wished Bobbi Kristina a "Happy Birthday."

Bobbi Kristina's father Bobby Brown has banned Gordon from visiting his daughter in the hospital unless Gordon agreed to speak with him or law enforcement about the incident.

Dr. Phil,

With all due respect,

Nick Gordon is under investigation for the attempted murder of my niece Bobby Kristina Brown.

We have strong evidence of foul play. Until this investigation is completed by law enforcement, I would ask that you or anyone else not provide this individual a platform to spin this situation to his benefit.

If Nick Gordon does not have the courage to speak with my brother Bobby Brown and/or law enforcement about what happened the day my niece's body was found in a bathtub, he does not deserve to have a platform to speak to anyone of your caliber until this investigation is concluded.

Respectfully,

Leolah Brown
