Jeremy Calvert may have cheated on his wife and "Teen Mom 2" star, Leah Messer, long before hooking up with Brittany Musick, the single mom from West Virginia.
Calvert, who accused Messer of cheating in October, started his own steamy relationship with Melissa Marie, an Arizona tattoo model (apparently such a profession exists), in April 2014, according to Radar Online. Marie declared the "Teen Mom" husband her "man crush" on Twitter and wrote, "I wish there were men like him in Arizona."
Calvert soon followed her back and sent her a direct message to start a conversation. He also claimed that he and Messer, who married in August 2013, were separated at the time.
"She didn't believe it was him, but then he sent her a photo of himself holding up a sign of her name," a friend of Marie's told Radar.
Their quickly started an exchange of sexy messages and would share naughty photos over Facebook, according to Radar. After a few weeks, Calvert asked the model to visit him, but then went radio silent for seven months.
When he returned, he claimed his marriage to Messer was over for good. They started the talking more on the phone and then he invited her to visit him in Columbus, Ohio for the weekend where he was working as a pipeline engineer.
The couple shacked up at the Shilo Inn for two nights in November 2014. "They definitely had sex," the friend said. "Jeremy told Melissa he was falling for her."
Calvert didn't shy away from showing her off to his friends either, even though he was (and is) still married to Messer. The two caught up with one of Calvert's co-workers to watch a movie one night.
"He wasn't trying to keep it a secret," the friend said. "They were out in public and he didn't try to hide her."
Marie wanted Calvert to visit for Christmas the next month, but he soon disappeared from her life again. The next time she saw him, he was posing for photos with Messer on Twitter. "[Marie] was shocked," the friend said.
The betrayal didn't stop there. The tattoo model soon learned about Calvert's other side piece, Musick. He reportedly had been texting her while he hooked up with Marie in Ohio.
Suffice it to say, Calvert is no longer Marie's man crush.
"She thinks he's a douchebag. Fame has gone to his head!" the friend said.
Calvert filed for divorce from Messer on Nov. 17, 2014, according to Radar. The couple got back together but soon split again in March of this year.
Calvert is the stepfather of Messer's 5-year-old twin daughters, Ali and Aleeah. The married couple also has their own 2-year-old daughter, Adalynn.
