Iggy Azalea attended the 2015 Billboard Awards on Sunday night at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas with some freshly dyed pink tips, but it was the singer's facial features that got people's attention.
The "Pretty Girls" rapper posed on the red carpet, and her nose and chin looked totally different - a task that cannot be accomplished with a new makeup job.
Azalea posted a picture of herself on Instagram on Sunday with a caption, "Loving my new look."
However, not everyone was enthusiastic about the noticeable changes.
"She definitely had some work done on her nose and chin. She already had so much done, I hope she's not going for the Lil Kim look," one fan said, according to The Mirror.
One wrote: "Plastic on fleek" while another agreed, writing: "Girl you working that plastic!"
"She looks so different, it's kinda scary actually!"
This wouldn't be the first time the Australian-born star went under the knife.
"I did change something: Four months ago, I got bigger boobs!" she said earlier this year. "I'd thought about it my entire life."
The 24-year-old told Vogue in April that she wasn't into "secret-keeping," so the truth will, most likely, come out.
