U2's tour manager, Dennis Sheehan, has passed away.

Sheehan, who was in his late 60s, was found unresponsive in his hotel room at the Sunset Marquis Hotel, and was pronounced dead on the scene, law enforcement sources exlusively told TMZ.

Paramedics were called to the L.A. hotel room early this morning, around 5:30 a.m., for a reported cardiac arrest.

Sheehan had been the band's tour manager for over 30 years. He has also worked with stars like Iggy Pop and Led Zeppelin.

U2 had just finished performing the first five concerts of their week-long stay in L.A., which was a part of their current world tour.
