Rob Kardashian has reportedly finally decided to do something about the rough, and quiet, life he's been living for over a year now.

He has taken the first steps toward bettering himself by checking into a Florida rehab facility, Gossip Cop reported.

Apparently, this past weekend, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star "quietly" checked into Palm Beach County drug and booze rehab center. He will be taking part in a 60-day program, which could even be extended.

The reality star allegedly struggles with marijuana use and consumption of "codeine-packed cough syrup (Sizzurp)," as well as heavy drinking, according to the Daily Mail.

He has gone in with a positive mindset, though, and Mark Behar, a bodyguard and friend of Robs, has told Gossip Extra that he is "in good spirits."

"He told me 'This is it, I just need to stick with it and do this,'" Behar said.

Rob's program will also include weight loss help and physical training, and he "will probably lose 10 to 20 pounds within the first few weeks by just being in rehab and daily programs relating to his detox," Behar explained.

The center has a strict no cell phone rule and there are visitation restrictions, which could be hard on the entire Kardashian family.

It's been a rough past year for Rob, and hopefully this will be the help he needs.

Last year, he didn't even attend his sister, Kim Kardashian's, wedding because of issues he was having with his weight gain. It's something he has been struggling with for a while now.
