As a plane flew over Bobby Flay's Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony with a banner that read "cheater," many were quick to assume that his estranged wife Stephanie had something to do with it.

It was a proud moment for the Food Network star, considering he is the first chef to ever receive a star on the Walk of Fame and because he has been under fire lately after it was recently disclosed in court papers that he had cheated on his wife wife actress January Jones and three other women during their marriage. Rumors have also surfaced that Flay has been having an affair with fellow Food Network star Giada De Laurentiis, who is also recently divorced. The two, however, have repeadly denied such claims.

Given all that, it was a little difficult for the crowd to focus on Flay's achievements at the event with the plane circling above him.

As of Wednesday, however, Us Weekly has confirmed that March was not involved in the incident whatsoever.

"Stephanie is absolutely not behind [this]," Deborah Lans, her attorney, said in a statement.

The two still have a lot to work out and don't seem to be anywhere near finalizing the nasty divorce they're going through.

It is unclear who is responsible for the banner, but it is definitely clear that March had nothing to do with it.
