Teenager Kyemah McEntyre won the Internet and the title of prom queen with her stunning, homemade prom dress that she designed herself as a way to stand up to those who bullied her throughout her high school career.
McEntyre's dress, designed by the 18-year-old and brought to life by Markell Evette of Markell's Closet, quickly went viral after she posted pictures in the gorgeous dress with very real captions.
"This is for always being labeled as, 'ugly' or 'angry.' Thank God, stereotypes are just opinions. - Kyemah McEntyre," she captioned one picture of the gorgeous dress on Instagram.
To prove to her classmates - not that she needed to - that the look was designed herself, she shared pictures of the original sketches on her Instagram.
