Carrie Underwood Shows Off Post-Baby Body at CMT Awards! (PHOTO)

Carrie Underwood strutted her post-birth body at the Country Music Awards in Nashville on Wednesday, three months after giving birth to her son Isaiah, according to Fox News.

The beautiful country singer raked in three awards for video of the year, collaborative video of the year and female video of the year at the annual night of recognition in the country music world, the Daily Mail reported. She also showed off her great looks.

"We do lots of lunges, squats, plyometrics, stairs, pull-ups along with weight training," Underwood's trainer Erin Oprea told E! News, discussing her secrets to looking great and staying fit. "The key to the success is keeping all of this at your level and not to do too much too soon. Listen to your body. Core exercises are great to help tone the body, but a slimmer midsection is truly made in the kitchen. Eating clean is the fastest way to get flatter."
