Prince William gushes about baby Prince George, telling reporters at the Anglessy Show he is excited to reunite with his wife Kate Middleton and his "loud but good looking" son.
"I have to say that I thought Search and Rescue duties over Snowdonia were physically and mentally demanding, but looking after a three week-old baby is up there!" William told the Daily Mail.
The Anglesey Show, a two-day agricultural event in North Wales, marks William's first public appearance since the birth of his child.
William reportedly announced he will leave his job in the RAF to return to London with Kate and his son, and disclosed George will make his first inaugural foreign vist next year in Austrailia.
According to the Daily Mail, William said "he and Kate would leave their 'immensely special' first home when the search and rescue role in North Wales ends next month." William also told the crowd his wife and son would have loved to be there at the event.
Kate and William have lived in a rented farmhouse for the past two years. William addressed the Anglesey crowd about his family's departure:
"I know that I speak for Catherine when I say that I have never in my life known somewhere as beautiful and as welcoming as Anglesey. The views across the Menai Straits are undoubtedly among the most stunning in the British Isles. I know that both of us will miss it terribly when my Search and Rescue tour of duty comes to an end next month and we have to move elsewhere. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making my wife and me so welcome when we arrived here, as you do thousands of visitors each year. This island has been our first home together, and it will always be an immensely special place for us both. Catherine and I look forward to returning again and again over the coming years with our family."
