Cassidy Gifford has two proud mamas in her corner.
The 21-year-old daughter of Kathie Lee Gifford received a little extra promotion for her upcoming horror flick, "The Gallows," from longtime family friend, Kris Jenner.
"Hey beauties!!! Follow my niece @cassidygiff she is amazing and her new movie comes out July 10th!!!! Annndddd you're welcome!!!!! #family #love #beautiful #proudmama xoxoxoxoxo," the 59-year-old Jenner captioned an Instagram video from the movie trailer.
Kathie Lee also showed her daughter some love and support via social media last month but isn't too sure about actually seeing the scary movie.
"So proud of @cassidygiff but terrified 2 see!" the 61-year-old "Today" co-host tweeted on May 21.
Kathie Lee and her husband Frank have known the Jenners for more than 30 years. She met Caitlyn (formerly known as Bruce) in 1982 while Frank met her earlier in 1976.
"We've been around the world together on different family trips and things. I think everybody has heard that we're godparents to their two children Kendall and Kylie. So there's a familiarity, there's an intimacy there," Kathie Lee explained while discussing Caitlyn's recent Vanity Fair cover on "Today."
She added, "I love the family. I disagree with a lot of the decisions they've made through the years, but friends love you through thick and thin. Or else, they're not a friend."
Cassidy recently starred in the religious drama, "God Is Not Dead!" and has made guest appearances on "That's So Raven," "The Suite Life on Deck" and "Blue Bloods."
"The Gallows" tells the story of a group of high school students who decide to put on a play that was last performed 20 years ago and a resulted in a horrific accident. Their attempt at honoring the tragic anniversary will soon lead them to the conclusion that "some things are better left alone."
"The Gallows" hit theaters on July 10.
