"Bohemian Rhapsody" Sounds Even More Inspiring When Played On A 100-Year-Old Organ (VIDEO)

It's been said that the best way to make any song sound better is to add bass but that might also be true for 100-year-old organs and the Queen rock anthem Bohemian Rhapsody.

The legendary 1975 Queen rock opera anthem really holds up after 40 years - but hearing it played on 100-year-old organ pushes the classic to all new heights. It was transposed into sheet music for the organ by Alexey Romand via its mechanical system. As the video shows, he feeds the music into the organ and steps away from its backside so you can see the organ play (thus dispelling any rumors about it being automated by computer).

Now with Organs!:

The Marenghi Organ seen here was built back in 1905 and has 81 keys, hence the sublime definition of each note. Part of why this sounds so good is because Alexey Nunn did the original arrangement for part of Bill Nunn's organ collection.

If this makes you want to rush over to the closest church and jam out on their organ, you're in luck. Just send them an email and they'll send the sheet music. It's time to get your inner rock on.
