Rob Kardashian has been keeping a low profile lately because of his issues with depression and weight gain, and his most recent public appearance is causing an uproar.
Paparazzi caught photos of Rob around 10 p.m. Wednesday night getting burgers at In-N-Out in basketball shorts and a baggy shirt, the Daily Mail reports.
This is one of the very few appearances the 28-year-old reality star has made over the past year, and it seems as though he's gained even more weight since he was last seen.
On a recent episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," his mother, Kris Jenner, admitted that she thinks he needs serious help and that she is scared for his life, according to Star Magazine.
"I feel like if I don't help him do something drastic, that he's gonna die," a tearful Jenner said. "He's gained over 100 pounds in the last year. I'm sorry, I don't talk about it much so it's very upsetting."
After these photos were revealed to the public, Twitter users went crazy calling him all sorts of names and fat-shaming him, according to Cosmopolitan.
Some of the insults included calling him a "sack of potatoes," a "gluttonous pig" and a few even compared his butt to his sister Kim Kardashian's.
Considering the "very unhealthy mental state" he's in, these comments aren't doing anything to help the depressed star.
This is the second public appearance Rob has made recently. Earlier this month, he was spotted driving around Los Angeles.
He hasn't made any public comments about keeping a low profile or about his current health condition.
