Meadow Walker took to Instagram on Sunday to wish her late father Paul Walker a happy Father's Day in a short, simple and touching tribute.
The "Fast and Furious" star passed away at just 40 years old in a tragic car crash about a year and a half ago, and Meadow, his only daughter, has been sharing emotional photos and messages of their memories together since, according to Us Weekly.
On Sunday, the now 16-year-old posted an older photo of the two when she was just a baby. In it, she's cuddling with her dad as he kisses her on the cheek.
"happy Father's Day," is all the caption said, but it's obvious how emotional this has been for her and how much she loves and misses her father.
Meadow has posted heartbreaking photos to her Instagram in the past. She's shared several sweet tributes on Instagram to keep his memory alive, including one on his birthday and another on the anniversary of his death.
Both photos are simply captioned, "I love you."
Just two weeks before he passed away, he opened up to Us Weekly about the amazing relationship he had with Meadow.
"I'm glad I had her at 25," he proudly stated at the time. "Because at 40 and 15, we're matching up sweet. It's just working. It's perfect."
