It all started with a single tweet. Last week's adorable Twitter exchange between "OITNB" star Ruby Rose and singer Justin Bieber ended with them finally meeting in Las Vegas, People reports.
Rose, 27, and Bieber, 21, were both in Las Vegas for the Electric Daisy (EDC) music festival this past weekend. They met up at a party at the Encore Beach Club on Saturday night and posed for photos together. Bieber shared the photo first on Instagram, and Rose re-grammed it with the hashtag "#twinning."
The resemblance between Rose and Bieber is so prominent that the joke made its way onto the newest season of "Orange is the New Black," according to Yahoo! Celebrity. In one scene, Rose's character Stella gets called "Justin Bieber" by co-star Laura Prepon's character Alex Vause in an episode of the Netflix original.
Rose and Bieber's friendship began when Bieber tweeted a photo to Rose with the compliment "nice piano," the Huffington Post reports. The new friends exchanged cute tweets back and forth until their meeting at EDC, and the rest will go down in #twinning history.
Rose has been making headlines since the premiere of the third season of "OITNB," as previously reported by HNGN. The openly gay Australian actress and model has become the show's breakout star since joining the cast.
