A deep-fried McDonald's Big Mac is the latest food project by blogger Jeremy from PeepMyEats, reported Time magazine.
The chef decided to do something different to an all-time favorite from McDonald's simply by covering it with beaten eggs and a layer of bread crumbs. After spending a few minutes in the deep fryer—until it is golden brown—extra Mac Sauce is added on top.
A regular Big Mac already has 563 calories, but it would swell up to 1,000 calories after being deep fried, making it even more unhealthy, reported the Daily Mail.
"I was inspired to make the deep fried Big Mac because Big Macs are the only thing I like from McDonald's and everyone knows deep fried is always better, so I just put two and two together," said the PeepMyEats blogger. "Next thing you know, I have this awesome creation!"
A video with step-by-step instructions on how to make the deep-fried Big Mac was posted by the food blogger on June 25 and it has taken the Internet by storm.
People all over the Web are uncertain if the deep-fried burger is appetizing... or repulsive.
