Chrissy Teigen Topless: 'Nipple' Photo Banned By Instagram (PHOTO)

Chrissy Teigen posted a topless photograph of herself on Instagram on Monday that was quickly taken down by the social media site. The picture is part of a W magazine spread about the "10 sexiest supermodels on social media," and features Teigen sitting on a green couch with her breast and nipple exposed.

Instagram's famous policy does not allow woman to post pictures of their nipples. The policy caused a movement called #freethenipple, which has blown up on all forms of social media with help from Scout Willis, Miley Cyrus, and, most notably, Chelsea Handler.

After Instagram removed the photo, Teigen took to her Twitter account and said, "The nipple has been temporarily silenced but she will be back, oh yes, she will be back."

Instagram ended up taking down four different versions of the picture in which Teigen reposted with artsy filters joking that they were works of art that she "just knocked out."

Teigen is known for her work with Sports Illustrated and has also appeared in Vogue, Esquire and Cosmopolitan. Teigen and LL Cool J currently co-host Spike TV's series "Lip Sync Battle," which was recently renewed for a second season.
