Jennifer Aniston, Julia Roberts, Kate Hudson and Jason Sudeikis are all in talks to join Gary Marshall's newest ensemble comedy, "Mother's Day." Marshall is the director behind other ensemble comedies like "Valentine's Day" and "New Year's Eve" and classic movies such as "Pretty Woman" and "Runaway Bride."
The movie will concentrate on the lives of several mothers that intertwine as Mother's Day approaches, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Roberts already signed on as the lead. Aniston, Hudson and Sudeikis are still in the negotiations stage, according to Deadline. This will mark the fourth occasion Roberts and Marshall worked together since he launched her into superstardom after giving her the title role in "Pretty Woman."
The three power actresses are already good friends, according to Us Weekly. In January, Hudson and Aniston created a viral sensation at the Golden Globe Awards when the "Friends" actress grabbed Hudson's rear on the red carpet!
Production on "Mother's Day" will start in August.
