Hilaria Baldwin first showed the world her baby-bump progress while she was pregnant, and now that she's given birth, she's sharing her shrinking baby bump progress. Her most recent post-baby body photo is her two week update.
Hilaria gave birth to her son, Rafael, who is her second child with her husband Alec Baldwin, just two weeks ago and the yoga instructor is showing the world that she has no shame in her post-baby body.
Since she gave birth, she has now shared four different post-baby bump photos to her Instagram and she looks incredible! The first one was of Hilaria in a lace bra and black underwear, still in the hospital, just two days after giving birth.
She captioned the first photo with an update on Rafael, and that he was doing great, and then went on to say, "I have been planning on doing post belly photos but didn't know if I was gonna have the guts to actually follow through. I hope you understand my intention here: I believe it is important to accept and love our form after going through a bit of a battle bringing life into this world. Deep breath, here we go...all the way from my glamorous hospital bathroom. #ShrinkingBaldwinBabyBump #NoShame #LoveYourBody."
After all the positive feedback she received, she decided to continue on with her plan and show the world her progress as her baby-bump shrinks.
On Thursday, she shared her fourth and most recent selfie update in some more lingerie. This time she stunned in a white bra and skimpy black and white lace underwear. Her tummy is already starting to look extremely toned! Her 22-month-old daughter, Carmen, is also in the photo smiling and laughing in the corner, and possibly getting herself in some trouble, according to Us Weekly.
"Rafael was 2 weeks yesterday and I didn't post my weekly #ShrinkingBaldwinBabyBump," the caption read. "Carmen has come in while I'm showering and getting ready for the day to terrorize my cosmetic products...My lipsticks are shaking in fear #SeeThatFace ???"
The 31-year old wants to continue documenting the steps of her body since giving birth and is making sure to stay healthy.
"If you eat healthy and treat your body well, it will go back to its original state," she told Daily Mail earlier this week. "Your body is brilliant. As long as you treat it well, it's a machine. It's like a car, if you put the right gasoline in, it'll run beautifully. If you put the wrong gasoline in, the car won't work as well."
