VMAs 2013 Top 5 Moments: The Good, The Bad, And The Miley Cyrus; From Lady Gaga to Taylor Swift, What You Need To See

The MTV Video Music Awards will be the topic of conversation for the next few days, and for those who were not able to watch Sunday night's show, here are the top five moments you must see, good or bad.

5. Lady Gaga and the classiest moment one can have while barely dressed

After winning an award last night, the boy band One Direction was booed by the crowd. The mother monster was disgusted by the action, and her reaction was caught on video. Gaga is seen talking to someone next to her, asking them if the crowd was booing. She became livid and says she wants to leave.

Gaga later approached the band, and gave kind words to the boys of One Direction, telling them they deserve all the success they've had in their career. It was an amazing moment for Gaga fans, and they fell in love with the artist even more.

The same can't be said about Taylor Swift, who was shown mouthing "shut the f**k up" while the band was on stage, and possibly took a jab at him while accepting her VMA for "I Knew You Were Trouble." I get it Taylor, you don't care for Harry Styles, but the boy has not had one bad thing to say about you to the media. It's time to move on.

4. Macklemore and Ryan Lewis perform with Jennifer Hudson

No one saw this coming, but whenever Jennifer Hudson sings, everyone listens. Macklemore and Ryan Lewis peformed their hit single "Same Love" during the VMAs. It was a beautiful performance, and the female guest singer on the track, Mary Lambert, sang her heart out. When Hudson joined the trio, it was just the icing on the cake. Watch it, here. (Also ASAP Rocky, shame on you and your self-promoting after NBA player Jason Collins' gay rights speech. You ruined the intro.)

3. Bruno Mars making love to the crowd (figuratively)

In the sexiest performance of the night, Bruno Mars left the crowd banging on their chests like "Gorillas" (pun intended.) Out of all the performances last night, Mars' sounded the best. He may have been one of the few artists who didn't use a backing track during their performance, which I greatly appreciate. (WATCH)

2. Miley Cyrus' Twerk Fail

It was awkward. It was uncomfortable. Miley just took the performance too far. (Read more about it here).
