Eminem New Album: ‘MMLP2’ Release Date, ‘Berzerk’ Single Out Tuesday (LISTEN)

Eminem announced his new album, "MMLP2," on Sunday during the MTV Video Music Awards. The album is slated for a Nov. 5 release, and on Tuesday he will drop his first single, "Berzerk." Ahead of Tuesday's release, Eminem posted a preview of his newest single.

Eminem's latest album was announced during a Beats By Dre headphones commercial, which aired during the VMAs. "MMLP2," presumably an acronym for "Marshall Mathers LP 2," is his first album since 2010's "Recovery," according to USA Today.

The first single of the record, "Berzerk," is scheduled to be released online on Tuesday. The track will be posted HERE, according to his official website. Based on the trailer posted to his website, the new single has a different sound than anything he's done before.

Beats By Dre Commercial:

Dr. Dre and Rick Rubin produced the new album. If the two trailers above are any indication, Eminem's new record will be a departure from any of his previous albums.

Eminem AKA Slim Shady AKA Marshall Mathers is a 13-time Grammy Award winning artist, with his last Grammy win in 2010 for "Recovery."
