Jenna Jameson Sues Ex-Boyfriend Tito Ortiz Over Home

Jenna Jameson has sued ex-boyfriend Tito Ortiz over the home they shared before they broke up two years ago.

The 41-year-old former adult film star and the mixed martial arts fighter are battling over ownership of the Huntington Beach, Calif., home they lived in together, according to the Orange County Register. Jameson and Ortiz lived in the waterfront home from 2008 until their public breakup in 2013.

Jameson filed the lawsuit against Ortiz July 6, claiming she owns half of the home even though Ortiz is currently listed as the sole owner of the home on property records. She says that she contributed a good portion of the down payment, only allowing Ortiz to be on the title knowing that she would have 50 percent of the financial interests.

The lawsuit states that, while living in the home, Jameson "acted as his intimate companion," cared for their sons and kept up the home for Ortiz, expecting to equally share the property.

Ortiz still lives in the four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom mansion on Davenport Island with their twin sons, 6-year-old Journey and Jesse, according to the Daily Mail. He has kept the title of the home, currently worth $2.09 million, in his name, failing to add Jameson. She is asking for joint custody of the home.

This all comes about a month after Jameson hinted that she might be converting to Judaism since her fiancé Lior Bitton, a diamond broker in Los Angeles, is from Israel. She continues to post to social media about cooking Shabbat dinners and kosher meals. "My love is from Israel... So I have to serve the REAL deal," she told a fan on Twitter, after posting a photo of homemade challah bread, which stood out among the usual naked photos she posts.

It is unclear if Jameson has made the conversion to Judaism officially, but she seems to be a little busy with the lawsuit against her ex to worry about that right now.

Ortiz's representatives have failed to make any comments about the lawsuit.
